Campaign rules

1. USDF Yield Farming

• The WOO-USDF subscription window will open at 10:00 UTC on May 26 and close at 08:59 UTC on May 31. All accrued yields during the farming period will be settled shortly after 10:59 UTC on May 31 when the farming period ends.
• Subscribe to USDF yield farming vault with WOO to farm yields from a massive 10,000 USDF prize pool. All yields will be distributed in USDF.
• The individual subscription amount is capped at 1,000,000 WOO per user.
• The displayed APR is only for reference purposes only. Your estimated APR will be based on the amount of your individual subscription to the vault. It may differ from the vault's average APR if the hourly yield cap is reached.
• Early redemption is not permitted for the Yield Farming Vaults mentioned above for this activity specifically. 
• Only users from supported jurisdictions could subscribe to the yield farming vaults, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. To check if your country/region is supported, please visit ▶ List of unsupported countries/regions.

2. USDF Fixed Lending

• Users can participate by locking USDF through the Fixed Lending product under WOO X Earn.
• Two lending terms are available:
• 30-day fixed term at 7.50% APR
• The subscription window will open at 00:00 UTC on 31 May and close at 23:59 UTC on 29 June. Accrued yields will be settled with the corresponding subscriptions at 00:15 UTC on their respective maturity dates, which are 30 days after the subscriptions begin accruing yields daily. .
• 60-day fixed term at 5.30% APR
• The subscription window will open at 00:00 UTC on 30 June and close at 23:59 UTC on 29 July. Accrued yields will be settled with the corresponding subscriptions at 00:15 UTC on their respective maturity dates, which are 60 days after the subscriptions begin accruing yields daily.
• Funds will be locked for the full duration of the selected term and cannot be withdrawn early.
• Interest is paid at maturity along with the principal amount.
• Only users from supported jurisdictions could subscribe to the Fixed Lending product, depending on legal and regulatory requirements. To check if your country/region is supported, please visit ▶ List of unsupported countries/regions.

Terms and conditions

All users and participants of the campaign accept that:

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• He/She agrees to abide by all campaign rules, including trading volume requirements and participation guidelines. 
• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration
• Please note that WOO X operates on a reverse solicitation basis in the European Union (EU). Users who are resident in the EU may only participate in this campaign on a reverse solicitation basis. WOO X has not advertised this campaign within the EU and has not compensated any affiliate to do so. Any promotion of this campaign by any entity to EU Users is done at such entity’s own volition and not as an agent or affiliate of WOO X.
• 2B and KYB users are not eligible for this campaign. If you are a 2B or institutional user and wish to participate, please contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
• WOO Ｘ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including adjustments to the campaign timeline and prize distribution.
• Users are strictly prohibited from manipulating the campaign outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts or engaging in any other fraudulent or inappropriate activity to increase chances of winning. WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in such activities and take further legal action if necessary.
• All references to monetary values and rewards in this campaign are denoted in USDF. The symbol ‘$’ shall be interpreted as USDF throughout the campaign documentation.
• All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the campaign has ended. If the rewards have not been credited after 14 working days, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email support@woo.network for assistance. In the event of any delay in the rewards distribution, the user may not demand any interest for the duration of the delay.
• Each user is responsible for their own tax settlements resulting from receiving the reward.
• WOO X does not provide warranties of any kind regarding the expected outcomes of the Campaign. Participation is at the user’s own risk.
• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Campaign.
• WOO X reserves the right of final interpretation of all terms and conditions of this campaign. Any decision made by WOO X in relation to this campaign, including but not limited to rule amendments, prize distribution, and eligibility of participants, is final and binding on all participants.
