Product Details

Our fixed-term Earn products are available in three durations: 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. Each product has a total cap and an individual subscription limit, as outlined below:

The total cap for this activity is 2,000,000 USDT. If the subscription cap is reached, we may consider increasing the quota based on actual demand.

Participation Requirements

• Only available to individual (2C) users; institutional accounts are not eligible.
• Funds will be locked for the duration of the selected term and cannot be redeemed early.
• Each user may subscribe up to 50,000 USDT per product term and may participate in all three terms simultaneously.

Yield Information

• General users can earn up to a 7% annualized yield; users who stake WOO and reach Tier 3 status are eligible for up to 8% APY.

Subscription Periods

• First round: February 1, 2026 – February 28, 2026
• Second round: March 1, 2026 – March 28, 2026

Terms and Conditions

All users and participants of the Campaign acknowledge and agree that:

1. Acceptance of Terms

• He/She abides by the WOO X Campaign Terms and Conditions.
• He/She agrees to abide by all campaign rules, including trading volume requirements and participation guidelines.

2. Eligibility

• All users/participants of the campaign must be registered and successfully KYC’ed to at least level 1 on WOO X before the end of the campaign duration.
• 2B and KYB users are not eligible to participate. Institutional or 2B users who wish to participate must contact bd@woo.network for further assistance.
• Participants simultaneously engaged in affiliate-related activities on WOO X during the campaign period will have their eligibility automatically directed toward the affiliate activity, making them ineligible for this campaign. WOO X reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes affiliate-related activities.

3. No Entitlement to Rewards

• Participation in the Campaign and satisfaction of any eligibility criteria do not guarantee the receipt of any reward. All rewards, if any, are granted at the sole discretion of WOO X, and participation in the Campaign does not create any legal or contractual entitlement to receive rewards.

4. Campaign Modifications

• WOO X reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to the changes to the Campaign duration, rules, eligibility criteria, or reward structure.

5. Anti-Fraud and Disqualification

• Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that may manipulate or undermine the fairness or integrity of the Campaign. This includes, but is not limited to: Registering or using multiple accounts; wash trading, irregular trading behaviors, or market manipulation; any fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate activities.
• WOO X reserves the right to disqualify any participant, withhold rewards, or take further legal action if necessary.

6. Compliance and Risk Discretion

• WOO X may disqualify any participant or withhold, cancel, revoke, or reclaim rewards based on compliance, legal, regulatory, risk management, or internal policy considerations, at its sole discretion, and without any obligation to disclose the underlying reasons.

7. Reward Clawback

• WOO X reserves the right to cancel, revoke, deduct, or reclaim any rewards already credited if a participant is subsequently found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in suspicious activities, or otherwise deemed ineligible for any reason.

8. Finality of Decisions

• WOO X is not required to provide any explanation, evidence, or justification for any decision made in connection with the Campaign. All decisions by WOO X, including but not limited to eligibility determinations, rule interpretations, and reward distribution, are final and binding.

9. Reward Distribution

• Rewards will be credited to the participant’s trading account within two (2) working days after successful KYC verification. If rewards are not credited within this timeframe, participants may contact 24/7 Customer Support or email support@woo.network. No interest or compensation may be claimed for any delay in reward distribution.

10. Denomination of Rewards

• All monetary values and rewards in this Campaign are denominated in USDT. Any reference to the symbol “$” shall be interpreted as USDT.

11. Taxes

• Each participant is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving rewards. WOO X shall have no responsibility for tax reporting, withholding, filing, or documentation, and any changes in applicable tax laws shall not affect WOO X’s obligations under this Campaign.

12. No Warranties

• WOO X makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Campaign or its expected outcomes. Participation is at the participant’s own risk.

13. Indemnification

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless WOO X and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Campaign.

14. Language

• This Campaign may be translated into other languages for convenience only. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
